Lois Huntley's Dogs, Thomas, Lacy & Patrick

My black and white photo of Tom was awarded an Honorable Mention in the AKC Gazette's recent photo contest, 
Urban Hounds and Country Canines. It was printed with the other winners in the June, 2005 Gazette magazine.   

This Karen Hocker photo was taken during our jumpers run in Wrentham on May 21, 2005. 
It was our best run ever as I felt like Tom and I were working together more than we ever had before.  

My other dog is a 10-year old Sheltie named Lacy. 
Lacy was a show dog for Barbara Kenealy (Rockwood Shetland Sheepdogs) for the first 5 years of her life. 
She came to us at age 5 and began her second career as a pet visitor at a shoreline nursing home. 
We visit once a week, and the residents love her sweet, quiet nature.

   
    
The other hobby we have is hiking in the woods, or on the beach in the winter. 
We hike with our friend, Kelly, the Golden Retriever, about 5 days a week, year round, weather permitting.
